11:31 pm Here's a quote from the movie Se7en. It's officially my new favorite quote:
"I just don't think I can continue to live in a place that embraces and nurtures apathy as if it was virtue."
That's exactly how I feel. What do ya'll think? Current Mood: listless Current Music: Pink

01:16 am So I had a pretty good weekend. I met two really cool girls in the lobby of a hospital. They were pleasant, welcoming and smart. What an awesome combination. Meeting them served a purpose, which was to rekindle some kind of hope. My friends are exceptional people, but it’s still nice to meet new people every now and then.
Speaking of cool people, what makes a person cool anyway? When I say, “he/she’s cool” the translation is, “he/she’s nice, funny and smart.” However, the majority seems to define a cool person as someone popular and attractive with stylish clothing and shoes. I still don't get it. I probably never will.
I enjoy having diversity among my friends, and I guess that's why I find it so hard to believe that there are people out there who hang out only with people who fall under the superficial kind of cool, if that makes sense. What's worse is that I see this behavior even in our elders. Why not give everyone a fair chance? Current Mood: pensive Current Music: Saves The Day-Through being cool

09:34 pm She-she and I had our first fight. I let her loose in my room WITH THE DOOR CLOSED, but somehow, she escaped. That smart little bitch knew I was trying to catch her, so she hid behind my fridge... she usually does that, so I just stood there, waiting for her to come out. Five minutes pass, and she's still not coming out. I start to get a little worried. I tried everything. Nothing seemed to work. So then Deseree arrived(AKA pet control) and moved the fridge. She managed to get She-she to come on out. She-she gave me quite a scare, so I got mad at her. I passed by her two times without looking her way, (this is the part where you all gasp.) But then after the third time, I couldn't help but sit down and pet her. We made up because true love conquers all. That last sentence definitely sounds like something out of Passions.
